BOOKING

You can request our tours in a personalized service. We can adapt to your needs or your group. Also, we can investigate on a subject in question and develop an exclusive visit for an event, special visit, etc. You only have to consult through our email or contact phone number where we will be happy to assist you.
All our reservations have a limited capacity, so you cannot make the reservation at the meeting point. We recommend that you make your reservation using the web form or by calling our contact telephone number.
The cancellation of the reservation, once confirmed, will involve some expenses:
The amounts delivered as tickets and their management will not be returned in any case.
Cancellations with more than 72 hours in advance at the time of service, will incur a charge of € 10 for management fees.
From 72 hours prior to the visit any cancellation or modification will be charged 100% of the service.
Cancellations and modifications of reservations must be requested in writing from your client area.
As established in article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Management, we inform you that our products, given their special nature, are not subject to the Right of withdrawal.
By enrolling in our visits, you fully accept the General Conditions and the content of what is published on this website, which are your commitment to us and ours to you.
You can request the cancellation of your reservation as long as it is done 3 days before the start date of the activity. Once this period has elapsed, it will not be possible to request cancellation.
To request cancellation / return:
You must send a request by email to info@granadaymas.es indicating in the subject the reason Cancellation / Change of date along with your name and the number of your reservation. Example: [subject: Cancellation / Name Surname / Reservation: 1121].
Once the application is accepted, the refund period is 24/48 hours.
Modifications of service dates are not allowed in Alhambra products (with entrance to the enclosure) where we are governed by current regulations.
On the other hand, in all our city tour products it is possible, provided that you notify us well in advance and not less than 72 hours from the start of the activity. Unless, the cause is mild and justified.
At the time of booking confirmation, you will receive an emergency phone number for incidents on the voucher.
You can make your reservation on our website you can do it at any time of the day, any day of the year, including holidays.
For reservations by telephone service the schedules are:
Monday to Friday from 09:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

PAYYMENTS

All our services require full payment in advance except for those personalized services or for groups that will be subject to special conditions of contract.
All personalized or group services are subject to special contracting conditions that will vary as requested.

No, at no time will extras be charged once the online payment has been made. You should never be charged a price other than what is reflected on your booking bonus. Please, if so, verify it and check with your financial institution.

Once we have confirmed the reservation via email, the guide will have the data of the person responsible for the reservation and the number of the reservation. Therefore, just show the booking bonus received in your email through your smartphone.

OTHER QUESTIONS

It is highly recommended to wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Also some water and hats in hot weather.

The degree of difficulty of our tours is medium-high for children, by steps, slopes and duration (about two hours). However, children tend to enjoy a lot and in our experience we have not encountered conflicting situations due to fatigue, since they are pleasant routes and with rest stops.
